Please note that all curated pieces by AND I SAID HI use handcraft methods, hence minor imperfections might occur.
AND I SAID HI does not accept any exchanges, only returns on approved items.
- Returned item(s) must comply with our Returns Policy:
- Please make sure that item(s) is in new or unused condition, including all original packaging, pouch bags, and documents provided with it.
- Branded AND I SAID HI box cannot be used as a shipping box.
- Sale items and items purchased with promo codes are not accepted for returns.
- Made-to-order items are not available for returns.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- AND I SAID HI is not responsible if the returned package is lost in transit or damaged in the mail.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Unfortunately, returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Returning an item is simple, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and let us know your name, order number, item(s) to be returned. We will get in touch within 24 hours to suggest you the next steps. Please allow up to 2 business days for your return to be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the item(s) is approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
